This week for my 100 hour project I walked home, did athletics.

When I walked home it was raining a bit and was really cold. I walked with Dylan, Jake and Jacob.

For athletics I did long jump, 200 metre sprint, Discuss and 800 metres.

This week for my one hundred hour project I played rugby, rugby practice and basketball.

For rugby we played Upper Hutt for the 4th time and we won. It is now 2 all between us.

For my rugby practice we played a game of league for the whole time and my team won.

For my basketball game we played in the play off's but lost in the last minute.

We also walked home and we walked through Aotea college.

This week for my one hundred hour project I walked home, did rugby and basketball practice and went on a bike ride

Me, Jake, Jacob and Dylan walked home from school and we walked through Aotea college.

For rugby practice we did some passing drills when the two middle people had to keep running while the others waited in a line. We then talked about rules that people probably didn't know like a quick line out, advantage line and 22 drop outs.

For basketball practice we did formations, layups, shooting and a game.

For our bike ride we went up to these water towers in Aotea and followed the track. We then followed another track at the end of our street called Bothamley park and it led to the other side of Aotea from where our house is.

This week for my one hundred hour I walked home, did rugby practice and played basketball.

We won our basketball 30-17. It was Paremata VS Windley. It was really tiring because it was my first game playing full-court defence instead of half-court defence.

I went to rugby practice and we played a game of tackle, did a 5 minute jog around the field, passing drills, skills and tackling the pads.

For my next rugby practice we did a jog around the field then split up into backs and forwards. We did some skills and then joined back up with the forwards. We then did some tackle practice and running into the pads with the ball.

I also walked home and it took about 30-45 minutes twice.

I got my concussion playing a game of rugby on a Friday night. I landed on my head then rolled on my neck. I cant play rugby for three weeks.

For the first three days of my concussion I couldn't watch any TV or go on my tablet. I am also not allowed to run.

For the following two weeks of my concussion I could not do any physical activity so I couldn't do my one hundred hour project.

This week for my one hundred hour project I biked to School and biking home the wind made it a bit easier going up the hill.

On Tuesday I had rugby training and we did 2 laps around the rugby field then some sprints. We then did some ruck practice and tackling practice. We had a game on the weekend and we lost 56-0. So hopefully we do better this weekend.

Dylan, Jake and I walked home on Wednesday and it was really windy. We live in Aotea so we had to walk up the big hill to get home and it was tiring.

This week for my one hundred I went to rugby training and we did a run around the field, shuttles and sprints. We then did tackling practice, 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 and 4v4.

For my other training we did a run around the field then some sprints. We then split up into backs and forwards then played a game of tackle.
